Will you place the building exactly where I want it?

For delivery only, items will be placed as close as reasonably possible to your requested location, subject to access.

For installed orders, we will position and assemble the building in the agreed location.

What happens if the weather is bad on delivery day?

In the event of severe weather or unsafe ground conditions, delivery or installation may need to be postponed. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.

Can I change or cancel my delivery date?

Yes, but please give us as much notice as possible.

Changes or cancellations made at short notice may incur additional charges, particularly if transport or labour has already been booked.
