From the initial order through to delivery and installation, our aim is to keep the process clear, straightforward and professional.
Before We Build Your Stable or Shelter
Before production begins, we’ll ask you to send us a few photos of the access route and the area where your stable or shelter will be positioned. This helps us check access properly, understand the site and provide an accurate quote with no unexpected surprises later on.
Once everything has been agreed and your deposit has been paid, your order will move into production.
Built and Checked in the Workshop First
Before your stable, field shelter or storage building leaves our workshop, we carry out important checks to make sure everything is ready for installation. This includes checking the panels, framework and components so we can be confident everything meets our standards before it arrives with you.
Taking the time to prepare properly in the workshop helps reduce unnecessary issues or delays on installation day, giving you a smoother and more reliable service from start to finish.
Delivery and Installation Day
Once your building is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date. Where possible, we aim to arrive first thing in the morning and will always do our best to work around suitable weather conditions to achieve the best possible finish.
Our team will take care of the installation, positioning your stable, shelter, or equestrian building as agreed and leaving the area neat and tidy once the work is complete.
Final Checks and Payment
Once installation is finished, we’ll walk through the building with you to make sure you’re happy with the final result. When everything has been checked and you’re satisfied, the final payment will then be due.
